All orders placed with BBSG.info are subject to the following terms and conditions and by placing your order it is understood that you have read and agreed with these terms.

BBSG.info is not responsible for problems with your target URL, and we can not give you a credit or refund once traffic has been delivered to your site. If you experience a problem with your target URL after your campaign has started, it is your responsibility to login to your account and temporarily disable your traffic.

BBSG.info will not be held responsible for traffic delivered during any down time on a client's site for any reason and any traffic delivered under these conditions will not be credited or refunded.

Client understands that the statistics system utilized by BBSG.info will be given to the client as a Client ID number and will serve as the official record of traffic delivered. Client agrees that in the event that we are unable to deliver all the visitors that client ordered within 30 days according to BBSG.info's statistics information, you can choose the refund or remainning amount will automatically be added to the next month. If you choose the refund, we will refund the undelivered amount on a pro-rata basis. This means if only 7,000 of 10,000 visitors were delivered, the client would receive a refund for the 3,000 undelivered visitors. Statistics from client's counter, or other counters (apart from BBSG.info's statistics) are not valid methods of measuring the visitors that BBSG.info delivered.

BBSG.info does not guarantee sales. We can however promise to deliver the number of visitors to your site that you ordered. Any sales will depend on the layout, content, and quality of your website, its presentation, and the service, and product that you offer. We'll get the visitors to your site, all you have to do is tell them about your product and make the sale.
